Why not just use a £99 template?
Because your competitor spent £99 on one too, and the customer cannot tell you apart. A build from us is designed around your customers, loads fast on real phones, and you own it outright. For most trades, one job covers the cost of the build.
How long does it take?
Starter sites go live within 3 working days and Business sites within 7 working days. Custom builds depend on scope, and you know the schedule before we start.
How do payments work?
Half is paid up front to book your build, and the other half when the site is complete and you have approved it. The site is handed over once the final payment has cleared. The price is fixed in writing before either payment.
Fixed price or hourly?
Fixed, always. You get the price in writing before we start, and it only changes if you change the brief. Work after launch goes through a care plan or a separate written quote. Nothing is billed by the hour.
Do I own the website?
Yes, completely. Domain, site, content, everything is yours. If you ever leave, we hand over the lot.
Can I start small and add pages later?
Yes. Many clients start with a Starter site and add service or area pages as the work comes in. Every site is built so pages can be added without a redesign, and each addition is quoted in writing.
Is SEO included in the build?
The foundations are: clean structure, page titles, local business schema, fast loading and a sitemap sent to Google. Ranking against your competitors month after month is the separate local SEO service, from £299 a month.
What happens after launch?
You get 30 days of priority support on Business builds, and care plans from £29 a month keep everything updated, backed up and fast after that. No obligation.
