Law firm web design that earns trust before the first call

Clients often compare several firms before they pick up the phone. We build solicitor websites that explain your practice areas clearly and let them book a consultation online. The price is fixed, and you approve the site before it launches.

N°01 · The work

Law firm sites we have built

Two live firm websites. Open them on your phone and judge them as a client would.

More client work, including trades, travel and hospitality, is in our full portfolio.

N°02 · Clients on camera

What our clients say about working with us

A video clip and reviews from business owners we have built for.

  • Ben of J&B Roofing Specialists, speaking to camera

I would highly recommend you to any other business that's looking to get more work.

It really has helped us. It's really, really top quality as well. It shows all the work that we've been doing. A very good rate as well.

  • Chris Kane, Owner, Moseley Roofing

Website sent over within a couple of hours, online the next day.

After endless nightmares with yell.com this company got in touch. Pretty much spot on website sent over within a couple of hours, few tweaks then online the next day. Fantastic service. Highly recommended. I run a roofing company and to have someone so knowledgeable and quick response to any queries was superb.

  • Shaun Higgs, Owner, Tove Valley Roofing

A website made and up and running in less than 48 hours.

BrainyWebs got in touch after finding my business page on FB and I am glad they did. I had a website made and up and running in less than 48 hours and the quality is just great. I would highly recommend these guys if you’re looking for a quick stress free experience. Thanks BrainyWebs!

N°03 · The problem

Why most law firm websites lose good clients

A firm's website is often the first conversation a client has with you. Many firms lose that conversation in predictable ways.

  1. The wrong enquiries

Vague pages attract matters you do not handle and clients who are not ready to instruct. Staff time goes on filtering instead of fee-earning work.

What we build insteadPractice area pages that list the case types you take, so the right clients pick you.

  2. A template look

When every firm uses the same theme, a client cannot tell you apart. They default to price, or to the firm with the bigger name.

What we build insteadA design built around your firm, your people and your accreditations.

  3. Missing information

Fees, the complaints procedure and the SRA badge are often hard to find or out of date. Clients notice, and so can the regulator.

What we build insteadFees, complaints and your SRA badge or IAA number, each one easy to find.

A good law firm website works as a filter and a trust-builder long before it works as a brochure.

N°04 · Practice areas

Practice areas we design for

Each practice area gets its own page, written around the questions clients ask before they instruct a solicitor.

  • Immigration and investor visas

Clear routes, eligibility and document checklists that pre-qualify enquiries. Both of our live law firm sites lead with immigration.

    Pages clients look for

    • Spouse and family visas
    • Skilled worker
    • Investor routes
    • Appeals and tribunals
  • Family law

Calm and private in tone, with room for high-net-worth matters.

    Pages clients look for

    • Divorce
    • Child arrangements
    • Domestic abuse
  • Medical negligence

Plain explanations of the claims process and how funding works.

    Pages clients look for

    • Claims process
    • Funding
    • Time limits
  • Employment law

Separate paths for employees and employers, so each sees their issue first.

    Pages clients look for

    • Unfair dismissal
    • Settlements
    • Employer advice
  • Corporate, M&A and IP

Credibility for commercial clients, with your sectors and team up front.

    Pages clients look for

    • Buying and selling
    • Shareholders
    • Trade marks
  • Commercial litigation

Fast routes to urgent advice, with your dispute experience up front.

    Pages clients look for

    • Contract disputes
    • Debt recovery
    • Injunctions

Your area is not here? Criminal defence, extradition and property firms get the same structure, built around your own case types.

N°05 · Built in

What we build into a firm website

The four things clients notice first get the most care. Everything else is still there, done properly.

Clients notice first

Online consultation booking

A booking calendar in the page. The client picks a consultation slot at 11pm on a Sunday, without waiting for the office to open.

Clients notice first

Urgent help, one tap away

Arrests and removals do not wait for office hours. Your 24/7 line sits in the header, and a call or WhatsApp button follows the reader down every page.

Clients notice first

Fees a client can read

Fixed fees, hourly rates by grade and staged payments, set out plainly. Clients compare on price before they call, and the SRA expects it for many services.

Initial consultation
Fixed fee
Visa application
Fixed, in two stages
Tribunal work
Hourly, by grade
Disbursements
Listed up front

Clients notice first

Trust they can check

The live SRA digital badge (or your IAA number), the accreditations you hold and what past clients say, placed where a client makes the decision.

Also built in, by package

  • Callback and enquiry formsShort, spam-protected, with routes for documents.

  • Practice area and fee-earner pagesCase types listed, a profile for each lawyer.

  • Complaints and Legal Ombudsman pageThe procedure and timescales, easy to reach.

Built for the information clients and regulators expect

The SRA Transparency Rules ask firms to publish certain information, such as prices for some services, your complaints procedure and the SRA digital badge; immigration advisers regulated by the IAA show their IAA number. We give each item a clear, findable place in the design. Your firm stays responsible for the content itself.

  • Privacy notice and cookie consent that work as they should
  • Enquiry forms that collect only what you need
  • Readable contrast, keyboard navigation and labelled forms
  • Practice area pages structured for search, with schema markup
  • A clear home for your SRA digital badge or IAA number and complaints procedure

Law firm website questions

How much does a law firm website cost?

Firm websites start at £997 for up to ten pages, with a page for each practice area. Custom builds with booking, integrations or a larger team section start from £1,997. Sole practitioners can start with our £497 Starter Site. Every price is fixed and agreed in writing before work starts.

How do payments work?

Half is paid up front to book your build, and the other half when the site is complete and you have approved it. The site is handed over once the final payment has cleared. The price is fixed in writing before either payment.

Can you rebuild our site without losing our search rankings?

Yes. We map every old page to its new address with permanent redirects, so existing links and search visibility carry over. We check the redirects again after launch and watch Google Search Console for errors in the first weeks.

Will the site work for clients with accessibility needs?

We design for accessibility from the start: readable colour contrast, keyboard navigation, clear headings and properly labelled forms. We test every page before launch. If your firm has a specific standard to meet, tell us at the start and we will build to it.

Can clients book a consultation online?

Yes. We embed a booking calendar in the page, so a client chooses a consultation slot without phoning first. Both of our live law firm sites, KC Solicitors and Novells Legal, take bookings this way.

Do you add the SRA digital badge?

Yes. The live SRA badge goes where the SRA asks for it, alongside your SRA number and a complaints page. Immigration advisers regulated by the IAA get their IAA number shown the same way.

How long does a law firm website take?

Most firm websites go live within 7 working days. Custom builds depend on scope, and you get the schedule before we start. The biggest factor is how quickly your team can review the practice area pages and approve the design.

Tell us about your firm

Share your practice areas and current website. We reply within one working day with questions or a fixed-price quote.
